Description

This is pure horror for me for me but thought other CAF collectors would like to see how well FedEx deliver artwork. When I saw how badly folded this artwork was I nearly cried. What a great advertisement for a company in that they apparently use elephants to trample artwork. Have a look at the back of the page to see how badly folded this was.

Update. Did manage to fix most of the creases but had to pin the artwork down by the corners, so area outside the artwork has some damage but the art area now looks pretty good with only two areas showing slight creases.

This is horrific to say the least! I am so sad that this delivery happened to you. I can imagine the shock you must have felt at first viewing...ug. This is why the packaging has to be thick, or hard enough that bending is simply not possible. yikes

Well it was pretty bad packaging but I have had art arrive in good shape with worse. They should call the company Crap ex.

I think everyone on here feels for you on this one Peter. It is without a doubt THE nightmare situation for collectors. Hopefully youll be able to(somehow)smooth out some of the crease damage.

I fixed most of the creases so art would display fine in a frame now.
