Description

One of our purchases at Spectrum Fantastic Art Live 2. Justin paints a watercolor, scans it into the computer, and enhances it digitally and that's what he did with this one (and the Photoshopped version won the Silver Award in Spectrum 19's Unpublished Category). The watercolors retain a unique quality that are often complimented by the digital versions: one is not "better" than the other, but equally good in their own ways. Justin also sometimes paints over watercolors in oils: the guy is well-rounded.

We were surprised that he still had this available, particularly after winning an award. It didn't have a price on it so people were probably assuming it was just for display and not for sale. Good thing for us! We asked, the price was right, and now...it's ours!

Sweeet! Love his characters & the "personality" in them. Hope to have my grubby hands on an example of his work in the relatively near future.
