Description
Original comic art measures 21.5"x17", pencils and ink on two DC blueline boards. Signed by Richard Friend (R. Friend - 2013).

This DPS art is from issue #0 of JH Williams III and Amy Reeder Hadley's comic run on Batwoman with inks by Richard Friend. It features an interesting layout designed by the master JH Williams III, who did the top tier (not on this original art) and then Amy told the relating part of the story on the lower tier.

Per Richard Friend: "Art was inked over the original pencils, this is not a blue line or recreation...this is the original art drawn by Amy and inked by me!" He was kind enough to sign it as well.

Shown in the lower tier is Kate Kane (aka Batwoman) out dancing at a lesbian bar, picking up a beautiful woman, and then disappearing out of sight while being tailed the entire time by Bruce Wayne (aka Batman), who is undercover. She manages to elude him in the last panel.

UPDATE - 9/8/13: I finally own both halves of this wonderful DPS! Please see additional images including the final printed version in color.
