The wrapup featuring the main characters, Plastic Man (AKA Eel O'Brian AKA Kyle Morgan), Ruby Ryder (who was looking to kill Kyle) and Batman (duped into finding Kyle).

Batman was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane.

Plastic Man was created by Jack Cole.

Ruby Ryder was created by Bob Haney and Nick Cardy.

Nick Cardy is one of my favorites. This example is so fine with expert shading and eye catching facial expressions. Not surprising to find it in your much admired gallery Will.
