DescriptionThose that collect Golden Age art know that there is precious little golden age super hero Timely art. There may be only a dozen or so examples that pre-date 1950!I was thrilled when i first saw this, a splash page from Marvel Mystery #69 and the Human Torch story to boot. The artist is Jimmy Thompson who was part of the Timely bullpen at the time and it is from the Laughing Sneak Thief, Human Torch feature story. Social/Sharing |

This is fantastic and being one that collects the old Timely/Atlas art, I can attest to how rare this old superhero stuff is. Thanks for sharing!
