DescriptionI knew there was a reason I was saving these last pages of Northstar and Kyle to post!!!What a special day for Gay people all over the USA!!! I live in California where Prop 8 passed and that was one of the saddest days to be a gay Californian. However, this is sweet justice as any and right now, I cherish my neighborhood in West Hollywood right now. Many of my friends are celebrating as I write this in the streets of West Hollywood. Moreover, I love my domestic partner and look forward to the day I can marry him with all the rights and benefits of a true marriage under the eyes of federal law. Northstar and Kyle have gone through through own trials in superheroic fashion. In the end, they realize they were meant for each other, their lives are what they are, they accept that, and realize their lives are better with each other in them than the alternative. Thanks to Marjorie Liu and Mike Perkins for these beautiful pages. Thanks to my buddy Ruben in Canada for being so supportive of gay rights in addition to being such an awesome dealer who understand how important these pages are to me! Social/Sharing |

This is not only a great historic moment in comics' history, but a perfect example of a great artist telling the story without any need of words. Perkins is a great and under-rated artist and you're a lucky dog to have this page- congrats!
