Description

I have always felt Luke McDonnell was a very underrated artist. Some of his best work has been on Suicide Squad and Batman, where McDonnell's style was a perfect fit for the noir-ish, cloak & dagger elements. I can just imagine McDonnell doing a superb rendition of eerie pulp magazine hero The Shadow. Hmmmm, now there's an idea for a future convention sketch. In any case, he outdid himself on this Captain America sketch, from the 1999 Ramapo comics show.
