Description

The old original series of Doom Patrol caught my attention a few years ago when I bought the DC Archives, and really enjoyed those stories. A bit wacky and weird at the same time.

Couple months ago I contacted my pal Val, and gave him this layout idea..something that came to me one evening as a perfect company crossover or weird, Arnim Zola and the Dragon alien, Fin Fang Foom vs our Doom Patrollers.

Val jumped eagerly on board the crazy train, and came up with this layout. He wanted to use Nile's old school 3 wheeled chair, and I liked that tip of the hat.

This has to be my strangest commission request yet, but happy Val was available and eager to do it.

An unusual pairing of villains BUT with the choice of the Doom Patrol, I would call this inspired casting and the execution is flawless

With the Doom Patrol, wstrange takes center stage...and what could be stranger than the uber-weird Arnim Zola paired with an alien dragon? You couldn't make that pair work anywhere else i figured, and Val nailed it!
