When you think of it, Hellboy was never a horror comic.
Mignola has a lovely wicked dark sense of humour...a big red shaved monkey,
a wrinkled old nazi from space, a nazi head in a glass jar, frogs, etc....seriously?
Lovecraft with a big dose of satire.

Hey, it's my old page! Many great memories of this piece, not least of which buying it from Mike at SDCC and him remarking "you have great taste". Obviously Mark, so do you! Congrats.
