Description

As a kid my favorite comic was Werewolf By Night. When my parents and I would go camping I would bring a handful of comics and WBN was always in the mix. I used to take my shirt off snarling and howling as I transformed into an pre-adolescent lycanthrope and ran around the house hunting my prey (usually my cousin).

Mike Ploog was taking pledges on Kickstarter for a book he is working on called Goliath. For a certain amount you would get a sketch by one of comic books greatest artists of all time. Even though the project seems to be postponed for now Mr. Ploog made good on his commitment on the sketch. It is far better than I expected I am just thrilled to have it in my home.

I'm right with you on Ploog's Werewolf By Night... from "my favorite childhood comic" to pretending to be a werewolf (although I usually prowled outside at night). This is just a great example of why we still love the guy's artwork!
