Description

The Brotherhood continues its battle against the Egyptian god of death Seth and find themselves under attack by the heroes of Egypt's dark future! Can the team contain this conflagration in the Middle East, or will escalate even further and consume the whole world in its wake?

Yeah, I used to love reading those "On Sale Now!" blurbs on the Marvel Bullpen Bulletins page.

In 2004, an Egyptian publishing company named AK Comics decided to publish some comics featuring heroes based in the Middle East. The titles featured heroes named Jalila, Zein, and Aya, and from left to right, that's them you seeing attacking the Brotherhood here. Alas, AK Comics is no longer publishing, and that's unfortunate as I've always felt that its great to have diverse and varied superheroes represented in comics. In fact, expect to see even more heroes you may have not known about appearing in upcoming Brotherhood commissions.

Man, where would I be without Val Semeiks? My second most-commissioned artist -- right behind Darryl Banks -- this incredibly talented artist has been delivering amazing commissions for me for over a decade now. WOW! This slipped right by me. Val really did a bang up job on this piece. I don't know what the counts are between us, but we certainly provide Mr. S with some great requests. Nice one Damon..and of course Big Bob A has to ink this!
