Description

(DiC) Where on Earth is Carmen San Diego? was a Saturday morning cartoon produced by Fox based on the computer games. The show began in 1994 and ran for 5 years, winning an emmy award for Best Animated Children's Program in 1995. This cel setup features the title character Carmen over an original hand-painted background.
