Description

Sadly missed from every child's weekly pull list in the UK is the Dandy!
Not quite my era unfortunately, but I didn't mind when I saw this on eBay recently , Desperate Dan , The Mayor and plenty of 'typical' Cowboys on this great cover.
Any guidance on the artist would be helpful, but it doesn't matter if its from the 60's/70's/80's/90's a timeless British classic !
