Cartoonist
Tom Bancroft offers art for sale on his
deviantART site from time to time. I bought a Wonder Woman and one of his Drawing Animated Women head turns/tilts. Tom offered to do a color drawing for me as well. As the day went on, I saw the piece appear online as seen in the additional image. I was hoping it was the one for me and it turned out to be so. Further, Tom went and drew the color piece on another color page and there were two great drawings. I snapped this one up as well.
