Description

I became aware of Campbell Whyte's work after reading a blog post about how his family's luggage was stolen while on vacation in the states. He was offering up commissions as a way to pay for some of the things they lost. Needless to say, I jumped at the opportunity.

After a couple of quick emails back and forth, we settled on Joss Whedon's Firefly as the source material for the painting. I was expecting something featuring Mal and Kaylee. Maybe the ship. But Campbell squeezed every major cast member (and a few easter eggs as well) into the composition. The wife and I are huge Firefly fans and couldn't be happier with how this turned out.
