DescriptionCommissioned this from David at Wizard World Austin 2013. I’ve really enjoyed David’s work on Ultimate Spider-Man so was pretty adamant about picking something up from him at the show. I was lucky enough to get the cover to Ultimate Spidey #24 as well as this nice headshot of Miles Morales. David draws faces (and the emotions they convey) so well so I wanted that on display in this piece…well done, I’d say! The colors came out great as well. I was bummed to hear Ultimate Spidey would be ending but that’s not the case…Bendis and Marquez will be relaunching in April and continuing Miles’s story. Looking forward to it.Social/Sharing |

Now that is one expressive face! The Morales Spidey character is really growing on me. I like the costume and the work Marquez has been doing is great!

Youve got alot of great half-Spidey pieces but this one stands out. Marquez's MM is always great to see, congrats!
