Another from the group of panel cartoons I purchased from George Hagenauer.

This one's by Ken Otis and has no gag attached. WRITE YOUR OWN and share it below! Here's mine:

Anyway, I like this one because it was significantly reworked, perhaps for reprinting. The notable change is that both women had their cleavage reduced or removed.
