DescriptionPeter Temple often puts up auctions on Ebay. And I saw this up there and recognized the pose of the characters straight away. His rep confirmed that he draws inspiration from old classic covers so this was a Re-Legion before I arrived on the scene. It took just a little extra work by Russ and it became a companion piece to the Superboy, Shadow Lass & Mon-el piece. Mon-el is having a very bad day indeed.. Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

Out of control indeed..Peter Temple did these 2 last pieces anticipating that I would bid on them & turn them into Infinite Timelines pieces. He wasn't wrong...I took the bait ! ( And I am glad I did)

I'm sure wrestling with Andremoda was more fun for Mon than getting socked by Superboy.... :)

You are probably right but I am sure Shadow Lass wasn't impressed ;-)

My opinion of course but I sometimes feel that Peter overworks his projects. So that may be why I feel this piece is not only one of his better works but improves on the original. Great use of blacks and no excessive fathering. Excellent, outstanding get.

So cool that you could turn another Peter Temple Legion piece into a Re-Legion cover! I like this one much better than the previous offering. Probably because it features Andromeda!:)
