Prelude to this story:
In an attempt to create "super-cops" to police their new Utopia, the Life Foundation probed the Venom symbiote and extracted the last five of its "seeds" - the materials used to create spawn. These were cultured and bonded to five of the Life Foundation's best security personnel to form the Guardians: Donna Diego (Scream), Carl Mach (Phage), Leslie Gesneria (Agony), Trevor Cole (Riot), and Ramon Hernandez (Lasher).

Anyway, in "Separation Anxiety," Eddie and the Venom symbiote have been separated by a vast distance (hence the title). While Venom tries to get back to his host (awwww), someone stabs and murders Agony. Everyone believes Eddie did it, but it turns out that Scream was the culprit.

Anyway, I love this cover because it features poor Eddie being tormented by these five symbiotes.

And when the comic came out, it was one of those cool embossed covers with the raised design.

This cover art actually came with a separate colored overlay that shows where and how the design was to be embossed/raised.
