Wrong on the inker, Palmer has never been involved in this cover it's all by Big John with an exception for the 3 bad guys (not the Snake one/also by Big John) >> those are by John Romita Sr. Check my gallery!!!

Corrected it...I had just jumped to that conclusion from only looking at the art.
