DescriptionDestiny and Delirium, the oldest and the youngest of the Endless. One smells of dust and the libraries of night, and the other of sweat, sour wines, late nights, old leather. Damn, that Gaiman guy can write.Obviously, this is the companion to the Death/Dream piece I own. The only one missing now is the Despair/Desire page, from the three-page text interlude in the Season of Mists prologue. The printing on this one was equally as horrible as the other one (see attached image), but Mike's original is unbelievably good. I mean, seriously, I am done with my Dringenberg examples. (Umm, ok, maybe not) I love how each character has a distinct style - Destiny is scratchy, elaborate inks, while Delirium is gentle ink-wash. Cannot thank Scott and Micah for being so so helpful and gracious about this page. I owe you guys. Social/Sharing |

I don't think you're done with your Dringenberg examples either. At least not until you get the Despair/Desire page. Congrats on getting this one!

Perfect place for this to end up... Nice to see it matched up together with the Dream/Death page from the book. Well done!

Destiny is far away while Delirium is close at hand -- a metaphor for your obsession in particular or just our hobby in general.
