Steve Rude: The Moth

Steve Rude, one of my favorite comic book artists and creators, famous for his World's Finest graphic novel mini-series as well as Nexus and The Moth, did me this piece, in pencil, marker plus charcoal. While speaking all about the extensive training and firsthand experiences he got from such masters as Alex Toth both as Jack Kirby.

Currently mister Rude (who isn't rude himself as he doesn't even cuss) has an artbook out through Flesk Publications, plus a two-part Nexus adventure in Dark Horse Presents. How cool would it be when new The Moth tales would also come out, for which I personally will be waiting, like on the other side of the page!
