I have to say I love Grant Morrison's JLA and the one issue that sticks in my head is #17 which is choc full of this guy, Prometheus.

The colour guide is an interesting part of the process. Pat Garrahy would do his bit and then work closely with Heroic Age Studios who added the digital makeover. Pat collaborated with them and pushed them to make the colours really pop on the published pages. Heroic Age did a really cool job on the finished product, they got pretty creative with the work making it as high end as possible. Additional images show Pat's notes on a separate stat and the final published page.
