Description

From the previous page, Basil Coventry has intercepted the Strangler. But now the Strangler has Coventry.

Continuing to this page, Batman tries to rescue Coventry. But Major Dabney gets off a couple shots and the Strangler is gone. In the commotion, Coventry has disappeared.

Batman and the Major part ways. And now Coventry is after Batman !!!

Most of this story takes place at night and given general mood and surroundings, Nick was working on the blacks to get the eerieness just right.

Batman was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane.

The Bat Squad (Mick Murdock, Margo Cantrell, Major Dabney) was created by Bob Haney and Nick Cardy.
