DescriptionAnother trip to Earth-Hostess, where no problem is too small for super-heroic intervention nor so large as to not be resolved by confection distribution.I believe the artists for this piece are Curt Swan and Vince Coletta--certainly there's something about Hawkman's flying pose in the the central panel that strikes me as very Swan-esque--but regardless, it's still a fun part of my collection! For my 50th birthday, my wife got me tickets to "Pete McCartney's" "cousin" Paul's concert in Tokyo, and he did, in fact, become ill (spending quite a long time in a Tokyo hospital) and had to cancel. Unfortunately, (Wheeet!) Hawkman & friends did not deliver any Hostess Cup Cakes to ease my disappointment. (Wheeet!) Nope, nothin'. Regardless, Hostess ads are the best.
