Cranboyz 2014: Clash of the Titans

I spent a long time thinking about what I should commission for the final page in my X-Men sketchbook. I went through several ideas over the course of a year until the perfect idea finally dawned on me. The story that made me fall in love with the X-Men was The Asgardian Wars, which was recommended to me by my good friend Shane Simek. Not long after, Shane introduced me to the world of conventions and original art collecting. So, what better story to close out my first sketchbook and bring it all full circle? After the idea came, all the details fell into place. I contacted my friends and colleagues, creators Comfort Love and Adam Withers, to see if they'd be up for the challenge. Thankfully, they accepted. Their marker commissions are second to none, and this piece was no exception. Some of my absolute favorite X-Men, from one of my absolute favorite stories, by two of my absolute favorite creators! I couldn't ask for a better finale!
