Description

Victoria Ying was at the inaugural CTNX Animation Expo in Burbank, CA in 2010. She works for Disney Feature Animation in the Visual Development department. There are dozens of examples of her work in The Art of Tangled and she illustrated the Tangled Little Golden Book.
