Where has all the vintage D&D art gone to? I'd love own an image from Monster Manual (old school edition like the Beholder) or Player's Handbook. I'd love to see the cover DM Guide or Player's Handbook in person too. If anyone knows where that art is, please let me know.

I was lucky to find this published, early D&D piece recently. It was done for an ad for a Dungeon Hobby Shop in WI. Laura Roslof and her husband Jim were among the artist that contributed extensively to the early game modules, gaming magazines and to the game. The piece is signed with a little LR in the lower left corner.

I am not really a big nostalgia collector but when it comes to things like this I am weak and the Force was strong with this one. This hits so many of the right buttons for me even though it is not an image I recall having seen before. It feels and looks right.

You're always stretching the boundaries, Mr. Singh...love it. I remember many an adolescent afternoon rolling the multifaceted dice of D&D. Great memories - thanks for stirring them up!

This is fantastic - probably only to a select few but fantastic, nonetheless. How cool would a Mind Flayer be? or a Hook Horror, Shambling Mound, Lurker Below or a.....

I dig vintage D&D art as well. Love to own some of Bill Willingham's art from that bygone era...especially a Drow illustration. Congratulations Jeff on scoring this gem!
