This is the cel and its corresponding drawing from a 1970's Underoos ad. I understand that Underoos are children's underwear and Kara from Krypton is much older than their demographic. The cel and the drawing were acquired years apart and the cel came with another drawing from the same ad that is posted in my (Robert Plunkett) gallery as Supergirl's Underwear Buddy.
It's likely that this is the only time this version of Supergirl's costume was ever animated.
