Description

This was done for a comic book version of The Scarlet Letter, I would guess for Classics Illustrated. I own three other pages from this, one of which is signed and explicitly says it's for The Scarlet Letter. Apparently, this never saw print. I naturally chose the best pin up picture of the lot. Wayne Boring could do some great women. This one reminds me a lot of Lyla Lerrol.

Wayne could draw two things really, really well - women and SciFi settings. This is a lovely example of his work.
