Description
This is one of those cartoons that made me laugh out loud the first time I saw it. The gag is one of those slow-building-oh-I-get-it-laugh-out-loud type pieces. This was a gift from my buddy Chollie "the Patron Saint of Popeye" Roberts, a true gentleman and founding member of the CFA secret society.
