Such a killer piece! For additional info you might ask Tim Townsend (the inker). He has a gallery here on CAF. I believe I have seen this previously in his gallery, and that based on the note he traded something to Saltares for this way back when. I don't know if it was published; but it's definitely of that quality, and Tim would probably know. Congrats, and thanks for sharing!
