DescriptionBack in March, Liana listed some Mini Mint Mermie paintings on Bigcartel for sale. She hadn't ever used Bigcartel to sale pieces and she ended up accidentally selling multiples of the same painting. I ended up being one of the people that purchased a painting but not being the initial buyer. To make up for it, Liana offered to make a mini painting similar to the piece that was being purchased or give a refund. Well on a whim I thought I would ask her if she wouldn't mind doing a kimono girl for me instead of a mermaid. I didn't think it would hurt to ask because however it went she was going to be painting a new piece anyway. She said she would gladly paint me one and that it was the perfect opportunity to get one because she rarely exhibits at conventions and was on a break from commissions.Well she arrived today and she is absolutely adorable. The colors are fantastic and I love all the details that she included on the kimono. It is always interesting to see what the artist's vision of a kimono girl is and in this case Liana decided to make her a geisha. Just another fantastic kimono girl by an amazing artist.
