Description

Black & White Original Ink Cartoon Drawing of Hector Protector sitting outside under a giant mushroom in the rain while a bird brings him the mail. The area around Hector has been whited out by Joe Simon

19.5 inches by 12.5 inches

The work Joe did was for Mechanics National Bank which I believe was located in New Jersey. I have never actually seen the published results but that is not too surprising because it would likely have been used as advertisements in small regional newspapers.
