story synopsis:
Tim, Alfred, and Lady Shiva were all on hand at a karate championship when a man in the Az-Bat costume came in seeking challengers. Tim phones Batman, but he was busy with the Ratcatcher and Cat-Man. Batman arrived and snatched up the Az-Bat (who was actually the Azrael Jean Paul had fought at the Ice Castle). Batman spared him.
