Description

Here's a Golden Age obscurity: Inkie was a humor character featured in Quality Comics' "Crack Comics," the premise being that Inkie was a cartoon boy who would come off the page and interact with his cartoonist; among the artists who created and co-starred in Inkie stories were Al Stahl and Jack Cole. In this 2000 convention sketch, cartoonist Patty Leidy draws herself being tormented by Inkie.
