Description

Well, he's every bit the character you'd imagine him to be. At Wizard World Chicago 2015, Simon Bisley was charging for signatures, beating up a puppet (mine) and drinking the beers and bourbon people bought him. Somehow he still managed to put out great art quickly and expertly. This Judge Dredd took maybe 40 minutes and was a combination marker and ink wash. Really awesome.
