Description

Recreated on stretched canvas is the three inch tall glazed ceramic figure of grinning Mickey Mouse with revolver produced by the Rosenthal Company of Germany in 1931. The idea for this work was probably copied from the oil and acrylic canvas of the same subject by Gottfried Helnwein, an Austrian-born, Los Angeles and Ireland based painter.
