Description

Having been an avid reader and a great fan of Disney Ducks comics, when I started collecting original art, now 20 years ago, one of my purposes was to find works of all my favorite Duck artists from all over the World.
Not actually reached that pretty ambitious goal, but sure got some satisfaction :)

Chilean cartoonist Victor Jos� Arriagada Rios, called Vicar (1934 - 2012) is widely considered as one of the best followers of the great Carl Barks and it is told that, during their first met, Barks said to him: "So you're the one who draws Ducks better than me!".
