Description

Edaniel and Elala are two of the Four Tower Guards who watch over the Sunken Mausoleum, a place located in the town of Bizenghast where restless and unhappy souls are stored and cataloged until a human agent is able to help them overcome whatever trauma they endured in life so they may move on.

Edaniel (the cat like creature) is the first guard introduced, and his sister Elala was to be the fourth. Edaniel is a sarcastic joker with a smart answer for everything when he's not hitting on every living thing in sight, but he draws the line at Elala because he's very protective of her.

I have been friends with Marty LeGrow through DeviantArt for years. I'm a big fan of her "Bizenghast" series and I finally, FINALLY had the chance to meet her in person at NYCC where she was working with the Action Lab booth. Seriously, the woman's an amazing writer and artist and an overall hilarious person.
