Description(1941) (DC Comics) The long-standing legacy of "Green Arrow" that flourishes today in TV, Movies, Comics, & Licensed products & collectibles alike all started with this one, single meticulously rendered illustration of "The Emerald Archer" in 1941 (even before his sidekick, Speedy was envisioned) by his Co-Creator, George Papp for official approval by his other Co-Creator & Editor, Mort Weisinger. This is an amazing find. I've always liked Papp's work and this is a terrific and historic example.
