Batman One Million by Ron Salas

DC One Million is one of my favorite crossover stories ever. It was full of fantastic concepts and almost every single tie-in was excellent. It also introduced Batman One Million, perhaps the only future version of Batman who is superior in skill to Bruce Wayne. He is smarter, a better fighter, and has gadgets and weapons that are far superior to anything seen in the present day DCU. But that is as it should be, Batman should get better over time, and Batman One Million is the perfect example of that. So yes, I had to ask Ron to draw him for this series and I am blown away with with what Ron produced here! Here he depicts Batman floating over the city, peaceful and meditative, I assume while his sensors scan the city for a crime that he can stop. Batman himself looks incredible, and Ron again displays his mastery of black and white art on Batman's body. And then look at that beautiful cityscape below him! Wow, man, just wow. Thanks, Ron!
