Description

The big daddy. The grail. The piece I never thought I'd own. Call it what you want, I'm still in shock. I have always wanted a Mignola piece, but I had weird criteria that made it very hard. I wanted a Pencil only piece (I fell in love with his pencils with the art of hellboy hard cover. When I saw Mike's design sketches for the third wish covers I knew I wanted pencils) and I wanted to buy it direct from Mike. Money to the artist sort of thing. When it was announced that there would be original sketches sold on his site for a holiday sale I had a plan of attack. Unfortunetly, I never got through to the site. But, unbeknowst to me, my wife had seen the announcement, set reminder alarms and she got through. Best Christmas EVER.
