The Legion of Substitute Heroes by Nate Stockman

I commissioned a Legion of Substitute Heroes piece from Nate a few years ago, and he did an amazing job on it. I never thought I'd need another Subs piece from Nate, but then he posted this one online! I told him that I loved it, and he said that it was for sale. So, yeah, I had to have it! Here we have the Subs' complete 80's lineup, all in a bind thanks to Chlorophyll Kid's powers getting out of control once again. The whole team is in trouble here, but poor Color Kid has it worst as Porcupine Pete is being crushed against him! I love the faces here and the grey tones Nate added to the piece. Big thanks to Nate for drawing yet another awesome Subs piece!

If you like this piece, then by all means go buy some of Nate's comics and/or commission him yourself.

Typical Subs. Not just jumping off the Highdive blindfolded, but doing it hand cuffed and backwards.
