Description

Fan-favorite artist Art Adams provided this double page splash from Ultimate X #1, a 2010 story featuring the son of Ultimate Wolverine meeting Ultimate Jean Grey. These are Adams' pure pencils, making for a nice opportunity for an Adams collector looking to add such a piece to his collection.

Ultimate X was a later entry to the Ultimate Universe following the events of Ultimatum. Here we meet the son of Ultimate Wolverine, who had been killed during Ultimatum. The son is Jimmy Hudson. He has a healing factor and retractable claws, which he is able to cover with organic metal, much like Colossus. The story also features Ultimate Jean Grey, who is now a former X-Men going by the name of Karen Grant.

Since he exploded on the scene in the 1980s with his work on Marvel's Longshot and various X-Men projects, Art Adams has been one of the most popular and collected artists of the Modern Age. His work is typically lavishly detailed, making it immensely popular with collectors.

The art has an approximate image area of 20" X 15".
