DescriptionThis version of Warlock set the stage for Jim Starlin's highly acclaimed cosmic run, a run that, along with his Captain Marvel "Thanos Epic," represents a high point of 1970s comics.Shown here is the original art for the Page 1 splash. For publication, however, this image was shot down slightly and the art touched up. The published Page 1, therefore, is a stat (which I also have). I'm not really sure why, unless it was to make room for some additional copy. Still, a great image nonetheless. Social/Sharing |
