Description

Back in 2005 Michael T. Gilbert asked whether I'd be willing to share the account of my obtaining the cover and other Al Williamson FLASH GORDON #1 art. It was quite a story ad Michael T. was intrigued by it. I was happy to do so, and glad to share that story in Michael T.'s space in the magazine. The "Williamsonsnake" is a stat from Al Williamson's "Food for Thought" from EC's INCREDIBLE SCIENCE FICTION #32 (Nov-Dec 1955).

I don;'t know how I managed NOT to post this original to CAF since Michael T. sent it to me 11 years ago, but here it is!
