Gilbert, Michael T. - ALTER EGO #47 Mr. Monster's Comic Crypt splash page

Back in 2005 Michael T. Gilbert asked whether I'd be willing to share the account of my obtaining the cover and other Al Williamson FLASH GORDON #1 art. It was quite a story ad Michael T. was intrigued by it. I was happy to do so, and glad to share that story in Michael T.'s space in the magazine. The "Williamsonsnake" is a stat from Al Williamson's "Food for Thought" from EC's INCREDIBLE SCIENCE FICTION #32 (Nov-Dec 1955).
