Description

I chased this page years ago on ebay and missed out. Eventually it showed up here on CAF. I took a stab at this earlier this year and reached our to Jenn Haines and asked her if she would be willing to part with it. To my delight she was.

This splash stood out to me the moment it was published and always was the image I remember the most from this short lived and under appreciated series. Featuring Green Lantern Alan Scott, Flash Jay Garrick, Captain Mid-Nite, Hawkgirl, the Atom, Wildcat and Johnny Thunder and the Thunderbolt.

I too didn't get the high bid on this piece back in 2007. Congratulations- awesome piece. I have some Parobeck Justice Society pieces myself and love every one.

I regret having sold this page. I have been looking for it the past 2 years. Glad it has found a good home. This is a spectacular page and Parobeck is the consumate JSA artist followed by Staton and Layton.

This is an incredible splash from a series that ended way too soon. I don't think enough people picked up on the genius that was Parobeck until he started doing Batman Adventures. Really excellent piece!
