DescriptionThe cover to Amazing Spiderman Annual issue # 12 from 1978. As a kid, I knew the comic was a bunch of reprints but bought the issue anyway because of the cover. While I love John's work on the X-Men, this is my favorite Byrne cover. I would be interested in buying the mechanical cover and color guides if they are available.Social/Sharing |

Beautiful cover demonstrating Byrne at his best. It is easy to imagine that if those characters had feelings how many of them wished to be so well drawn by John Byrne during the 70s and 80s. Congratulations!

This is such a wonderful cover. Byrne deftly illustrates the agility of Spider-Man and the brute power of Ol' Greenskin in one smooth motion. I can see why it's your favorite example of his work. Congratulations!

One of my all time favorite Byrne covers also. He was in the prime of his career then. I'll keep my eyes open for the rough draft & color guide 4 u as well. Congrads on a awesome cover!

Hey, I do wanna pay $500K, um, but I don't happen to have it on me--see me Tuesday. LOVE this cover! IIRC there's a story involving Shooter with this one, big congrats!!
