Thetis (Human Form) from "Sailor Moon" by Retrosofa

I've been wanting to commission Sal for a good long while, and we got to work out the details on what I wanted to get last week. I commissioned three Sailor Moon sketch cards and a Gundam commission.

Thetis is a Youma from the first season of Sailor Moon. She worked directly under Queen Beryl and, from the one episode she was in, displayed the most personality out of many of the monsters from the Dark Kingdom. She was playful and snarky and had an attraction to Jadeite. She approached him for the sake of helping collect energy for Queen Metalia with "Operation Romantic Cruise." Thetis used her sea water based-magic to enchant a derelict ship to look like a romantic luxury cruise and extract energy from loving couples. The plan was pretty successful, except they could only steal energy from straight couples, leaving out Ami and Rei (who came together). Then Sailor Moon showed up.

The first English dub changed Thetis' name to Titus, and made her a lot more sarcastic and playful when it came to Jedite, teasing him about the Sailor Scouts and getting in some good lines. Her voice actress did an amazing job.
